Lindsey Meredith Buffa

Lindsey is a classically trained vocalist starting with High School District, Regional and State competitions scoring high enough to earn “outstanding vocalist” in 2000. She continued her training at Temple University’s Esther Boyer College of Music and completed her studies at East Stroudsburg University, earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts with Concentration in Voice.

Lindsey grew up in East Stroudsburg Pennsylvania and as a resident of East Stroudsburg, she performed as featured soloist for The Pocono Choral Society, Pocono Lively Arts, PA Repertoire Company, East Stroudsburg University Choir, Jazz Singers and A Capella Choir, Annual Broadway Musical Reviews and toured with the University’s Pop Jazz Singers to Italy and Austria in 2005. Before moving to East Stroudsburg, she lived abroad in Brussels Belgium, which lent credibility to her ability to sing in 4 different languages.

As a junior in college she auditioned for the “Marty Edwards Jazz Organization” and was chosen as lead singer for this seasoned jazz group of musicians. She performed with this group for over 4 years at The Woodlands and other cabarets in Northeast Pa. She has also performed as a featured soloist for Marco Marcinko, Tony Marino, Bob Dorough, Darin Lamont Byrd and Picture Perfect.

Currently Lindsey is a regular member of the “Bucks County Playhouse” and has been a principle player for strong lead roles. Just a few are: Eva Peron in Evita, Lucy in Jekyll & Hyde, Rosie Alvarez in Bye Bye Birdie, The Prima Dona in Sugar Babies, Sheila in A Chorus Line, Nancy in Oliver, Rizzo in Grease and Stupifyin’ Jones in Lil’ Abner.
